As an HR Manager specialising in change management, employee relations, organisation design, and workforce planning, you will be instrumental in shaping our organisation's success through effective HR strategies and a focus on driving positive organisational outcomes during a period of significant change. Working closely with the Head of People & Support Services, your expertise will be vital in fostering a thriving work environment that supports our colleagues and enables them to achieve their full potential while ensuring the organisation's sustainability. The role holder will support the existing People Strategy, taking ownership of the delivery plan that sits across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring budgetary requirements are met. Key activities you will be required to fulfil: • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, plan, and execute change management initiatives aimed at improving organisational performance and efficiency • Partner with senior leaders to assess and optimise the organisation's structure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives. • Lead organisation design projects, including restructures and departmental realignments, and provide recommendations for creating efficient workflows and enhancing collaboration. • Lead on and collaborate with departmental leaders to identify current and future talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies to address skill gaps and talent shortages. • Analyse workforce data and trends to make data-driven decisions related to workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning. • Implement talent retention strategies to retain high-performing employees and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. • Develop comprehensive change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support employees through periods of transformation and change • Provide professional advice to colleagues and management, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, to foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication, trust, and mutual respect. You must possess the following: • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. • Chartered MCIPD (desirable). • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives and driving organisational transformation. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. • Proven track record in delivering Workforce Planning projects. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively with an ability to proactively propose innovative HR solutions across a wide HR remit. • Demonstrable experience of Employee Engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle
