Job Title: Site Manager - Façade & Remediation

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade and remediation works on high‑value residential and commercial projects in Manchester. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of façade systems, remediation processes, QA procedures, and programme control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily site activities on façade and remediation projects
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour to ensure productivity and quality outputs
Ensure works are delivered in line with construction programmes (Asta Powerproject or similar)
Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance across site
Implement and manage QA procedures, inspections, snagging, and sign‑off
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and progress reports
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and internal teams
Manage materials, plant, and logistics efficiently
Proactively identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade and remediation projects
Experience working on £10m projects within residential and commercial sectors
Good working knowledge of Asta Powerproject or similar planning software
Solid understanding of QA procedures and quality documentation
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities concurrently
Certifications Required
CSCS (Black Card or equivalent)
SMSTS
