CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - BOGNOR REGIS
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in Southern Cross Trading Estate, Bognor Regis. This is a full-time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

About The Role: As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers. You will also:
Responsibilities
* Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
* Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
* Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues
* Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
* Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
* Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
* Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work
This role offers fantastic development opportunities, with a clear progression pathway up to Deputy Store Manager and beyond.
Qualifications
* Experience of managing a small to medium sized team, in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
* Strong numerical and problem solving skills
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* Great customer service skills, and the ability to drive your team to deliver amazing service too
* The ability to think on your feet
