Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and tools on site.
* Prepare and clear sites, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment.
* Operate basic tools and equipment, as required.
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and work effectively within a team.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
* Assist in general construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Essential Skills And Requirements
* Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A proactive and reliable attitude.
* Ability to follow health and safety regulations and procedures.
* Own transport to commute to and from the worksite (if required).
