Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive, with the office located in Watford. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, developing client relationships, and managing the entire sales process from start to finish. This includes conducting presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will track and report on sales metrics and work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to conduct presentations and product demonstrations
* Client relationship management skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
* Background in HR or immigration services is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
