Summary
We are currently seeking a People Services Administrator to join the People Services team. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support and report to the People Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries
* Advise on HR policies and procedures
* Process change notifications across the employee lifecycle, producing accurate letters and documents
* Organise and lead exit interviews
* Resolve queries from managers and employees, ensuring data protection compliance
* Support recruitment activities, including contract approval and onboarding
* Maintain accurate records in the People system
* Identify process efficiencies and suggest improvements
Candidate Requirements
* Proficiency with IT applications, especially HR systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in a shared service environment is desirable
