We're looking for an HR Administrator (2nd Line) to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden, with hybrid working available. Travel to the office is required 1-2 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours is available; please discuss this during your application process.
Responsibilities:
* Providing guidance to employees on Kier policies, HR, and pay-related queries.
* Supporting administrative processes by managing employee lifecycle changes, including family-friendly leave, redundancy, secondments, sabbaticals, and probation extensions, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
* Contributing to HR Shared Services projects and process improvements.
* Assisting with calculating exit costs for redundancy and settlement agreements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Knowledge of TUPE legislation.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Potential for transferable skills; applications are encouraged even if all criteria are not met.
