Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Home Sales Executive located in Hayling Island. The Holiday Home Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, providing information on available properties, conducting site tours, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and contributing to marketing efforts to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to conduct site tours and engage with potential buyers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in handling inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
* Experience in the real estate or holiday home industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
