Part-time Human Resources Manager, Bedfordshire based
Cafea UK are looking for a proactive and experienced part-time Human Resources Manager for our Dunstable site working in an environment where people feel valued, inspired and supported.
Experience working in smaller organisations, or in a food manufacturing environment, would be an advantage. You'll be at the heart of the Cafea business closely supporting the leadership team with organisational change, workforce planning, developing our team and talent.
Key Role Responsibilities
· Partner with the leadership team to implement HR strategies that align with Cafea's values and vision.
· Implement policies and procedures that are legally compliant and promote best practice, including those related to workplace safety.
· Maintain strong employee relationships, including annual staff survey and employee forum.
· Recruitment and inductions. Disciplinary and grievance management
· Ensure all employees have clear KPIs and development goals. Introduce a succession planning framework.
Right Candidate
· Highly desirable is a good knowledge of CIPD Level 5 or above, and a degree in Human Resources Management or similar Business degree
· Minimum 5 years in a HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
· Experience of employee relations, organisational change, and performance management.
· Knowledge of UK employment law.
· Located within easy commute of Dunstable Bedfordshire
