Human resources manager

Four Square is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing business.

We operate across high-end residential, commercial, development, infrastructure, and solar projects. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for a strong HR leader who can help build structure, improve systems, support management, and ensure our people processes are professional, compliant, and well organised.

The role will involve leading all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, company policies, staff performance, appraisals, training, absence management, employee relations, HR compliance, and day-to-day support to directors and managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong HR management experience
• Good knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience working within construction, property, engineering, or a fast-paced business
• Ability to deal with staff matters professionally and confidentially
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience improving HR systems, processes, and reporting
• A practical, firm, and fair approach to people management

This is a key leadership role within the business and would suit someone who is proactive, trustworthy, commercially aware, and able to support the company as it continues to grow.

Location: Office based, Knightsbridge, London
