Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B, B2C sales and / or telemarketing is essential.
* Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
