Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Industrial Quality Management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You will ensure Product Quality compliance according to Customer & Internal specifications, making a tangible impact on delivering excellence to our clients. Daily, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to deploy Industrial Quality Standards during manufacturing processes, among other responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage IQ activities in relevant workshops: People, Process & Performance
* Perform DpU / External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with industrial cross-functional teams
* Support decisions for all Hand Overs (GO / NOGO) & maintain NO GO Veto Rights in all cases
* Stop production if needed for safety or quality reasons (e.g., rework)
* Participate in Criticality Matrix analysis & contribute to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
* Implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans during pre-serial and serial manufacturing activities
* Manage Internal NCRs: Support NCR team to complete characterization until closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)
* Participate in Customer Inspections
* Qualify manufacturing teams regarding Self-Inspection
* Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
* Perform Workstation Audits & follow-up actions
* Perform or participate in product inspections as required (PcX)

* Knowledge of Quality at an industrial level
* Ability to work in a matrix organisation and resist pressure (Production & Delivery)
* Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.)
* Experience managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
* Experience in Electronics is a plus
* Technical knowledge of railway products is beneficial
