Part-Time HR Advisor (Monday–Thursday)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled HR generalist seeking a part-time position (Monday to Thursday) within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services company.
As HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Head of HR across a broad range of HR activities, helping to deliver positive outcomes and contributing to the continued success of a collaborative, high-performing team.
We’re looking for a knowledgeable, personable, and proactive HR professional who enjoys enhancing the employee experience, building strong relationships, and getting involved at every level. You’ll bring energy, insight, and a hands-on approach—making a meaningful impact from day one.
This is a true generalist position, offering exposure to the entire employee lifecycle, with the opportunity to take full ownership of certain areas and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned to business objectives.
* Provide generalist HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
* Lead on elements of HR operations, ensuring policies and processes run smoothly.
* Develop and implement a training and development programme for employees.
* Support performance management by ensuring robust objectives and development plans are in place.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help build a strong talent pipeline.
* Partner with the Finance Manager on payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and EDI initiatives, driving a positive and inclusive workplace.
* Support HR administration and reporting, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
About You:
* Proven HR generalist experience, CIPD qualified (Level 5)
* Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
