Theirmitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the industry, and as part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Site Manager to join their delivery team in the Midlands.
This is a full-time permanent position based in the Solihull area.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day on-site delivery of the project, ensuring works arepleted safely, on programme, within budget and to exacting quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and coordinating all site activities from mobilisation through topletion
2. Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
3. Ensuring strictpliance with health, safety and environmental standards
4. Driving programme performance and resolving technical and logistical challenges
5. Chairing site meetings and liaising closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
6. Maintaining excellent standards of quality, workmanship and client satisfaction
7. Promoting a positive, collaborative and solution‑focused site culture.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
8. Proven experience as a Site Manager within heavy civils, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects
9. Track record of successfully managing teams and coordinating site activities
10. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
11. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
12. Full UK driving licence.
