The Role:
GAP Pump & Power Services Division provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering & sewerage pump applications including a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.
Working in the heart of the depot the Labourer/Driver will be responsible for keeping all areas clean and tidy day in day out, and ensuring that any equipment leaving the depot has been checked and maintained to the highest standards. You will also ensure timeous professional delivery and collection of Pump & Power Equipment to and from GAP Group customers.
Please note, this role will involve towing and so candidates must either hold their towing licence or be willing to be put through a training course on commencement of employment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar environment, driving responsibly and safely within the law at all times.
\tAbout You
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
•\tPrevious experience working within a similar role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment
•\tForklift Licence would be highly beneficial
•\tCategory B+E Towing Licence would be preferred but not essential
•\tAn understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
•\tExcellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
•\tFull driving licence is essential
