We create and improve user testing routines and review stakeholder feedback to resolve issues and ensure solutions meet customer requirements. We track project development using industry-standard platforms. We use Power Automate to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, reduce human error, and improve efficiency across data management, approvals, notifications, and document management. We integrate Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems. We assist with the integration of internal and external IT systems. We build interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify trends. We prepare technical documentation, including user guides and process documentation. We ensure our Power Platform solutions align with company, customer, and industry regulations. We build applications with appropriate security protocols, including role-based access control and data encryption. We work cross-functionally with business analysts, designers, and IT administrators to deliver successful solutions.
