Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + performance bonus
Location: Bracknell/remote
Hybrid: 2 - 3 days per week (office based) – 09:00 – 5:30pm. Can be flexible

My client is hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to drive growth through strategic partnerships and multi-channel initiatives across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C to provide world-class support across home, lifestyle, and wellbeing..
Personality, drive, and focus are valued as much as experience. The role is hybrid (2–3 days in the office, Bracknell) with core hours 9:00–5:30 and occasional travel for meetings in Bracknell and the London area.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across premium lifestyle sectors (luxury travel, wellness, retail, experiences, and services)
Develop targeted campaigns for professionals with demanding careers and families
Design marketing assets using Canva and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp
Research, approach, and secure partnership agreements with high-value suppliers
Manage ongoing partner relationships and optimise performance through data-driven insights
Target and engage corporate clients seeking innovative employee benefits
Build and maintain a robust corporate pipeline through strategic outreach
Manage CRM data integrity in HubSpot and maintain accurate prospect databases
Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram that builds brand authority
Update website copy and maintain our WordPress presence
Track partnership ROI and implement creative growth strategies
Experience
Experience within marketing, partnerships, or business development
Multi-company experience with demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility
B2B or B2C expertise with experience in professional, corporate environments
Versatile marketing background spanning events, PR, direct sales, or marketing communications
Personal Attributes
