Overview
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a leading global organisation within the technology sector, supporting their EMEA employment law function based in London.
This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border employment matters across multiple European jurisdictions in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Requirements
* Qualified lawyer with strong employment law experience
* Proven expertise across European jurisdictions, particularly France, Italy, and Spain
* Experience managing cross-border employment matters
* Comfortable working with external counsel internationally
* Strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
* Available for a mid-May start
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic employment law advice across European jurisdictions
* Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Support and manage employment litigation, coordinating with external counsel
* Advise on HR policies, procedures, and internal investigations
* Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders on operational and strategic matters
