Responsibilities Managing recruitment from advertising to onboarding Conducting DBS checks, references, right-to-work, and safeguarding documentation Maintaining personnel files, absence records, and payroll changes Supporting staff wellbeing and HR queries Providing accurate and timely reports for senior leaders Ensuring the school meets KCSIE and safer recruitment requirements Experience & Qualifications Experience in HR or school HR strongly preferred Understanding of Safer Recruitment (training provided if needed) Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Salary Support staff scale, dependent on experience; potential for progression.
