About the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our construction teams across Wiltshire. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
* Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
* Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
* Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
* Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
* Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
* Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
* Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
* Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
* Commitment to health and safety standards.
