The Role
This is a hands-on paid media, and design marketing role focused on lead generation and brand development. The successful candidate will own and execute a full range of marketing activities including paid digital campaigns and design - aimed at attracting businesses interested in reducing and off-setting their carbon emissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on manage paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
* Design and create marketing assets (digital and print) using Canva, Adobe or similar.
* Drive SEO improvements through content strategy and technical optimisation.
* Enhance website UI/UX and implement design changes.
* Manage social media channels and develop brand-aligned digital content.
* Contribute to wider brand positioning and business growth strategies.
Non-negotiable experience you need to have:
* Proven track record in setting up and activating paid advertising across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn.
* Strong design and creative skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
* Experience in website design and optimisation.
* Knowledge and understanding of SEO.
* B2B industry experience
* Based in London and able to commute to central London.
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Desirable experience:
* Strong SEO experience (on-page and technical).
* Proficiency in Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
* Passion for sustainability and the environment.
* Motivation to work in a growing, early-stage business.
* Eagerness to evolve into a key strategic team member.
