Love Finance is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our growing team in Birmingham City Centre. This role requires high accuracy and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently under guidance from the Talent Manager.

Role Details
* Type: 6-month Fixed Term
* Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesday, Office-based
* Location: Birmingham City Centre
* Experience: Strong administrative background, preferably in confidential environments
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with HR administrative tasks following audits
* Update and resend employment contracts
* Digitize employee files
* Manage email communications with employees
* Schedule meetings for Talent and HR teams
* Process HR paperwork backlog
* Update policies and review timesheets in HR systems
* Distribute payslips and P45s to leavers
* Perform other administrative duties as required
