Salary: £32,000 - 38,000 FT plus commission

Start working from: Ideally 03/11/25 but can be flexible

PEEQUAL is driving gender equality one pee at a time.


We’ve created the UK’s first squat-and-go women’s urinal. Quick, safe and sustainable, it solves the problem of women waiting up to 34x longer than men just to use the toilet.


Born out of a university project in 2020, PEEQUAL has grown from an idea to a pioneering company supplying some of the UK’s biggest events, including Glastonbury and the London Marathon with customers inbound across the UK and internationally. With five years of momentum behind us, we’re now scaling into new markets and countries. We’ve also been featured in Forbes, Guardian, The Times, Cosmo, BBC news to name a few. We’re backed by Innovate UK for innovation into waste management.


We are looking to build-out the fantastic PEEQUAL team and have an exciting opportunity for a sales executive, for individuals who are motivated and are looking for someone who’s excited to grow alongside us, keen to use their skillful sales experience to take interest into long-term customers and partners, ultimately helping more women access quick and equal facilities at the world’s best events.


The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to grow PEEQUAL’s B2B customer base and nurture lasting partnerships with festivals, events, and toilet providers across the UK. You’ll be the bridge between customer awareness and action- turning interest into confirmed bookings through clear communication, empathy, and brand-aligned storytelling.


This isn’t a pushy sales role. We’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to close a deal, but does it in a way that follows our marketing strategy, brand and attitudes.


As one of the first to join our small but mighty team, you’ll help shape how PEEQUAL grows, driving our B2B vision, building new partnerships and unlocking big commercial opportunities. It’s a chance for an ambitious go-getter to make real change and help us bring pee-quality to women everywhere.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive new B2B deals across the events and portable sanitation industries, from major festivals to marathon organisers and toilet suppliers.
* Identify and engage new commercial opportunities that grow PEEQUAL’s footprint in the UK and beyond.
* Define and refine PEEQUAL’s B2B offering, including pricing models and partnership structures.
* Follow up with warm leads and guide customers through each stage of the sales funnel, managing and optimising our pipeline in HubSpot from enquiry to close.
* Build genuine, long-term relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring they have a brilliant experience from first contact to post-event feedback.
* Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, showcase impact and tell the PEEQUAL story loud and proud.
* Spot upsell and repeat opportunities that deliver mutual value for both PEEQUAL and our partners.
* Hit revenue targets while helping unlock new parts of the events market and scale our impact.


About You

* Experienced in sales funnel strategy
* Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM) - confident managing deals, tracking activity, and reporting.
* Understands the art of closing a deal without hard-selling
* Organised, self-motivated, and proactive with follow-ups
* Strong communicator who builds trust easily
* Energised by PEEQUAL’s mission and comfortable bringing that purpose into conversations
* Experience in B2B events or the portable sanitation industry is a plus
