You will work closely with our large, diverse, and well-established MSK Physiotherapy Team and Haemophilia Service, ensuring high-quality care for patients with blood clotting disorders. Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
4. Leadership and Development: Provide outstanding clinical and managerial leadership, delivering high-quality specialist physiotherapy for comprehensive and holistic assessment and treatment of MSK issues in patients with bleeding disorders.
5. Operational Planning: Oversee the day-to-day operational planning and delivery of the Haemophilia Physiotherapy service, supporting staff development within the MSK team and the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).
6. Innovation and Improvement: Lead innovative service improvement projects and strategic developments, utilizing flexible and novel approaches to complex patient management and service delivery.

10. Professional qualification in Physiotherapy.
11. HPC registered Physiotherapist.

12. MSc or equivalent post graduate experience
13. Advanced communication skills training.

14. Proven post graduate experience in oncology/haematology and palliative acre.
15. Experience in end of life care planning.
16. Supervision of junior staff.
17. Clinical education of students.
18. Post graduate experience of working in an acute setting.
19. Clinical supervision of a broad range of staff of differing bands/disciplines
20. Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including effective cross-Therapies working.
