We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Management Officer who will play a critical role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, security, and maintenance within blocks of flats and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for regularly checking facilities such as chute and bin rooms, toilets, and storerooms, ensuring they are always kept clean.
Working with our Neighbourhood Management team, you will monitor and address anti-social behaviour, ensuring a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all residents and maintaining a positive community. You will also play a key role in the upkeep of residential areas by removing graffiti promptly, managing litter disposal, and addressing environmental concerns like weed control.
By maintaining communal areas to a high standard and ensuring residents' safety and security, you'll help create a welcoming and safe living environment for all.
Requirements:
* Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Flexibility to work weekends, Bank Holidays, and attend out-of-hours emergencies
* This role is subject to a mandatory DBS check
