Eaton's plant in Luton is manufacturing electrical products to control, operate and protect assets in harsh and hazardous environments. Our products are used in all types of locations (hazardous and general), from offshore oil and gas platforms, power production plants and petrochemical installations to pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and other manufacturing/process plants. We are now looking for a HR Manager who reports into the site manager and influences the strategic direction of the plant and support the long term plans for the facility of over 170 employees. What you'll do: As the HR Manager, you will have the responsibility to coordinate, and maintain HR policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department in accordance with legal, divisional and corporate guidelines. You will therefore coordinate, prioritize, manage and deliver corporate, sector, group, regional and divisional HR projects across the Luton site. You will also be the primary HR contact for the functional team including R&D, Division Finance and Sales & Marketing departments located at Luton, in addition to smaller teams based in Chessington.
