Job Title: HR Officer Location: Greater Belfast Salary / Range: Up to £36,000 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Summary VANRATH are supporting a Manufacturer in Greater Belfast in their search for an HR Officer who will deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. What do you need? CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent HR experience Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally supporting multiple teams or locations Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice Experience advising managers on day-to-day HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and absence Exposure to change management or organisational development initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems What you will do each day Provide practical HR support to managers and employees, acting as a trusted point of contact Manage recruitment processes, from drafting role profiles to coordinating interviews and offers Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HR systems are up to date Monitor absence and support managers in managing attendance effectively Assist with HR reporting and provide insights to help improve people processes Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters and company policies Contribute to HR projects, such as engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and policy updates Help develop and improve HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity and inclusion initiatives For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
