Highly respected law firm are seeking 2 specialist lawyers for their Employment team.
This can be at Associate and Senior Associate level and will cover acting for employer and employees on a broad range of topics.
This can include
advice on disciplinary matters,
performance management,
unfair dismissal, discrimination,
grievance and whistleblowing issues and claims,
litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
settlement agreements
work on contracts and policies,
management issues,
reorganisations and business transfers
