Position: HR Assistant (People Associate) Contract type: Full Time - FTC x 12 months Location: Colchester (CO4 9QR) Salary: £27,270 per annum About the Role We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and looking to build or further develop a career in Human Resources. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently, providing comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle and acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
