As our success continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to make an impact. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team to help us improve and develop our day to day running of the office. This is a really varied role with a lot of autonomy. Some of the key areas you will be involved in include: Day to day running of the office and wider facilities Administration and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders Managing company social media pages Organising company events and socials Supporting our HR manager with recruitment and HR practices Carrying out induction and onboarding with new employees Supporting our off-site IT team when required We dont expect you to be an expert in every area, but we do need you to have a great attitude where you arent afraid to get stuck in and help your colleagues even if a task may fall outside of your role scope from time to time. You will have: Experience working in a busy sales based organisation (recruitment agency environment preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and organisation skills Experience carrying out KPI reporting and administration reporting An eye for detail Been involved with process improvement initiatives If you are interested in the role, please contact Jessica Leathem for more information.
