Client Success & Sales Executive
Our client, a highly regarded business currently experiencing significant growth, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Success & Sales Executive to join their team in Horsham.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong character - someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a changing environment, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service. You’ll be comfortable promoting products and services, upselling where appropriate, and becoming a trusted partner to customers throughout their journey.
The Role
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and solution-focused support.
Build strong, trusted customer relationships to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle - from pre-quotation through to delivery coordination and aftercare.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback, presenting recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and review customer quotations, escalating high-value opportunities where required.
Coordinate and submit RFQ responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
Process purchase orders and conduct thorough contract reviews for compliance.
Maintain customer guides, internal documentation, and process materials.
The Person
Experience within the Aerospace/Parts industry is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and customer-focused.
Naturally proactive with a strong, resilient mindset.
Comfortable promoting the business, upselling products and services, and identifying commercial opportunities.
Strong Excel skills, including building spreadsheets and using formulas confidently.
Commercially aware with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative, with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of the customer journey.
Experience with CRM and commercial platforms is desirable.
The Package
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (early finish at 4:30pm every Friday)
Hybrid working available (1–2 days per week after probation)
22 days holiday + bank holidays
£30,000+ salary, dependent on experience
