Responsibilities
* Handle claimant and contentious employment matters across multiple sectors, providing advice through to litigation.
* Deliver outstanding client care and service.
* Work with minimal supervision and use training and support as needed.
* Collaborate with the firm’s client base and contribute to a high standard of professional practice.
* Remote role with attendance required a couple of times a month.
Qualifications
* Typically 4–5 years of experience in employment law.
* Good grounding in contentious employment matters.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
