Daniel Owen are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build housing development. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage site operations efficiently while upholding commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel to ensure seamless workflow and high standards of workmanship.
* Monitor construction progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues to avoid delays.
* Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to uphold commitment to excellence.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with building regulations and industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
* First Aid at Work qualification.
