Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor budgets, resources, and project schedules effectively. Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout each development. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver excellent results. Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in housebuilding or residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions under pressure. Relevant construction management qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 6 or equivalent) preferred.
