Role Overview
The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role involves active outreach, relationship‑building, and supporting revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working, site based visits and 1‑2 days in the Swansea office.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients in renewable energy, construction, and related sectors
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Present solutions and provide technical/product information
* Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project handover
* Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Requirements
* 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Preferred
* Experience selling technical or construction‑related products
* Understanding of renewable energy, battery storage, or civil engineering sectors
Location: Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
Pay range: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00
