If you are energetic, confident on the phone, and motivated by hitting targets, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment. Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and follow-up activity. Identify customer needs and match them to the most suitable fuel card product. Cross-sell additional services and upgrades to maximise account value. Build a strong sales pipeline and manage leads effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets including volume, revenue, and conversion KPIs. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently promote benefits and features. What We re Looking For A strong sales mindset with proven success in outbound or telephone-based sales. Confident communicator with the ability to influence and close sales. Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving commercial results. Ability to quickly understand customer needs and position product benefits. Self-starter who enjoys a competitive, fast-paced sales environment. Experience with fuel card sales or B2B outbound sales is desirable.
