The Site Manager will oversee the on-site delivery of these packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Role: Plan and organise installation works to meet agreed construction schedules and adapt when necessary. Maintain a minimum two-week lookahead for materials, labour, and access requirements. Conduct daily quality inspections, ensuring installations meet drawings and manufacturer ' s specifications. Oversee site logistics, ensuring the safe delivery and storage of materials. Promote a strong health & safety culture, leading by example and ensuring compliance at all times. Direct site labour, ensuring operatives understand tasks, safety requirements, and quality expectations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and the project team to ensure smooth project progression. The Person: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within roofing, cladding, fa çades, or glazing. Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems, curtain walling, and general building envelope installation. SMSTS (or equivalent) certification and a valid CSCS/CSR card. Excellent communication skills, both with site teams and clients. Ability to resolve issues quickly and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
