About the Role As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. With a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (60%), you’ll also provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions (40%). You’ll be the first impression candidates get of Highland Spring, so we need someone who is invested in creating a positive experience and who embodies our values. What You’ll Do Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job adverts, posting vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives Provide administrative support for performance reviews, L&D programmes, and engagement initiatives Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries About You We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about continuous improvement and motivated to challenge the status quo, leading positive change Adaptable, able to work across different HR areas and priorities An ambassador of Highland Spring and our values, driving a positive candidate experience Highly organised, disciplined, and great at coordination and communication Able to work independently and manage their own workload Keen to make a real difference to the way we do things Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and an understanding of HR processes and employment legislation is preferred.
