We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage customer service operations within our IT & Consultancy services company. This role focuses on effective management of customer enquiries and smooth coordination with our technical team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day handling of client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer questions and requests
* Assess technical issues raised by clients and efficiently escalate them to the technical team for resolution
* Monitor and ensure timely follow-up with clients to provide updates and confirm satisfactory resolution of issues
* Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and enquiries using CRM or ticketing systems
* Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate communication and seamless issue resolution
* Identify trends or recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement efforts
* Ensure adherence to company service standards and policies in all customer interactions
