Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Various sites around Coleshill and Kenilworth, West Midlands
Contract Type: Contract (Until September)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (9-hour day
Rate – Depending on experience inside IR35
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team on a fixed-term basis through to September. Working across various project sites in the Coleshill and Kenilworth area, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing on-site operations and ensuring that work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Monitor daily site operations and proactively manage risks, delays, and issues.
* Liaise with the project management team to report progress and escalate concerns.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety briefings.
* Ensure accurate site documentation, records, and daily reporting.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Oversee logistics planning, deliveries, and site housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction/infrastructure projects.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified.
* CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
* First Aid at Work certification.
* Sound understanding of construction processes and site management best practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work across multiple sites as required.
