Working Hours: 37.5 hours across Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 5pm

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? If so, Northgate Vehicle Hire wants to hear from you!

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our thriving Sales team as an Inside Sales Executive, identifying and converting new business opportunities to help drive Vehicles on Hire.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Proactively generating new business leads through phone calls, emails and other outreach methods.
* Proactively provide each customer with the appropriate information to influence the growth of the account.
* Building rapport, overcoming objections, and guiding customers to the right solution.
* Meeting (and smashing!) monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate records of conversations and sales activity.

Salary - £23,874.98 per annum based on experience, enhanced by a generous commission structure with OTE of £40,000 per annum

Annual Leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

About You

* You’re an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively.
* Passionate about delivering results, you thrive under pressure and bring energy to everything you do.
* Self-motivated and highly organised, you manage your workload efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments.
* You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience within a New Business Sales environment in a B2B environment is desirable but not essential
* An ability to identify product opportunities and upsell accordingly
