Location: Bury, BL9 7HY (Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £26,000 (negotiable) + 6-Month Bonus Support + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £35,000+ in Year 1 / £45,000+ in Year 2
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious B2B Sales Executive to join our growing fuel distribution team in Bury. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll build and manage customer relationships, drive new business, and grow existing accounts.
Whether you're an experienced salesperson or looking to start a career in B2B sales, we'll provide full training, clear progression, and all the support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
* Make a minimum of 55 outbound sales calls per day
* Provide competitive fuel quotes and close sales
* Process orders and deliveries using our CRM system
* Deliver excellent after-sales service and account management
* Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
* Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
What We're Looking For
* Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, call centre, recruitment, hospitality, etc.)
* Confident communicator with strong phone skills
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
* IT-literate (CRM experience is a plus)
