Our client, a specialist contractor within the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in dry-lining to join their team on a long-term basis. Site Manager - Role Overview
* Manage and oversee dry-lining works and subcontractors on active sites
* Ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and in line with safety and quality standards
* Liaise with project teams, clients, and operatives to ensure smooth site operation
* Maintain and update daily records, reports, and progress updates using provided tech
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and workforce requirements
* Enforce and adhere to all health & safety procedures and risk assessments
* Lead on-site meetings and toolbox talks where required
Site Manager - Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in dry-lining or interior fit-out projects
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Competent with digital reporting tools (tablet/iPad/laptop use)
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid at Work (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel when required, but ideally based within reach of Harrogate for initial project
