Interim Operational Human Resources (HR) Manager
Scale 8 £49,282 - £52,413 per annum (pro rata)
37 hours per week
18-month fixed term contract
Are you an experienced HR manager with a strong operational background and a passion for service excellence? Do you understand the power of technology and data in transforming HR services, and are you skilled at developing and delivering efficient, user-friendly systems and processes? Essential Criteria
* Level 5 CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable operational HR management experience covering the full range of Human Resources activities
* Expert knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace
* Extensive experience of working at operational manager level
* Demonstrable experience of managing, motivating & developing a high performing team
* Ability to manage & motivate a HR team, setting clear objectives aligned to strategic goals to deliver positive, customer focussed outcomes in a challenging environment
* An ability to produce high quality outputs to deadlines, amidst conflicting and competing demands
