Overview
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a supermarket refurbishment project in the Ripon area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 15 weeks on days. The start date of this project is Thursday 31st July. Previous experience working on supermarkets or fit-out projects is essential.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
* Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
