Our client is looking for a strong, hands-on Site Manager who can take the project through to completion and handover. This is a client-facing role, so confidence and professionalism are essential.
Role & Responsibilities:

Managing the refurbishment project from start to finish

Leading from the front on site

Coordinating and managing subcontractors
*
Organising daily schedules and site activities
*
Acting as the main point of contact for the client on site
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
