What you’ll do
Regional Recruiters will manage and implement recruitment plans and strategies, including attracting and sourcing potential candidates at all times. You will post adverts on social media and other platforms as required. Developing networks within the local community and attending community events throughout the year to promote City and County Healthcare Group will be part of your role. You will serve as a key contact for community engagement and oversee all aspects of recruitment in your region to ensure a smooth and consistent process.

Qualifications
What you need
A good standard of education is required; no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment are necessary. You should have excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a customer-first approach. Be an organized, efficient, and autonomous self-starter.
Strong local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media, is essential. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to collaborate effectively with others. Being active on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter is important. A professional, friendly, and commercially-minded customer service orientation is essential.
