We are working with a well respected construction contractor based in South Yorkshire to recruit an experienced, commercially astute site manager to deliver a new site based in Rotherham commencing W/C 04/05
As Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery this scheme comprising of high spec, timber frame homes from initial site set up through to delivery.
About you
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
Experience of delivering high spec homes
Commercially aware and able to liaise effectively with Quantity Surveyors
Management of Sub Contractors
Planning and Scheduling
Identification of extra works
Client liaison
Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
