Overview
We’re on the lookout for a brilliant part-time HR Administrator to join our team for a 12‑month adventure. You’ll work Monday to Friday for 5 hours a day, and we’re happy to chat about flexible start and finish times at interview. Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, BA22 8RT.
You’ll be a key player in keeping our HR world running smoothly—making sure everything from contracts and onboarding to right‑to‑work checks and data updates happens accurately, professionally and on time. You’ll help create a seamless, positive experience for colleagues by keeping our systems in great shape and ensuring we stay compliant with policies and legislation. You’ll also be one of the go‑to people for colleagues, managers and senior leaders—offering clear, friendly guidance on HR processes, supporting employee relations and benefits admin, and helping us deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and onboarding processes
* Conduct right-to-work checks and maintain accurate data
* Keep HR systems up-to-date and compliant with policies and legislation
* Provide guidance on HR processes to colleagues, managers and senior leaders
* Support employee relations and benefits administration
* Help deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service across the organisation
