Job Title: Quality Manager – Manufacturing\n Location: Coventry\n Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum\n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nAre you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in manufacturing? Our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturer based in Coventry, is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to lead their Quality function.\n This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where quality and continuous improvement are at the core of their operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality strategy, driving standards, and ensuring compliance across all areas of the production process.\n Key Responsibilities:\nOversee and manage the Quality department to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards\nMaintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated procedures\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)\nLead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits\nCollaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes\nMonitor quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives\nPromote a strong culture of quality across all levels of the businessCandidate Requirements:\nProven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment\nIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, FMEA, and other quality tools\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nExperience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders\nAudit experience (internal, customer, or third-party)\nA hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solvingWhat’s on Offer:\nSalary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nCompany pension scheme\nExcellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organisationIf you’re a quality-driven professional looking for a new challenge in a thriving manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you
